Flows
What it is
“Flows” in Voxie are a way to organize your messaging logic by grouping related Voxie components (campaigns, automations, segments) under a unified structure. They provide a top-level container that helps you see how everything connects toward a use case.
Voxie supports two main types of flows:
-
Playbooks: Prebuilt templates / workflows for common scenarios (e.g. opt-in flows, data collection, HELP/STOP compliance) that you can deploy and customize.
-
Custom Flows: Fully custom workflows you build by assembling Voxie components (campaigns, segments, automations) in a flow format so you can manage them from one screen.
From Voxie’s viewpoint, Flows are “the best way to organize your work in Voxie.”
Why it matters / Value proposition
-
Clarity & overview: Instead of having campaigns, automations, and segments scattered across the app, flows let you see them in context — what leads to what — from a single view.
-
Maintainability: Easier to update, debug, or evolve a workflow when its components are grouped under a logical flow.
-
Reuse & modularity: Because flows wrap existing resources, you can reuse segments, automations, or campaigns in multiple flows without recreating them.
-
Guided deployment: Playbooks give you fast, prebuilt starting points without having to assemble everything from scratch.
-
Scalable for complexity: When your messaging logic grows, flows help keep things organized rather than chaotic.
