Change credit card or view invoice

How do I update my credit card?

  1. In your Voxie dashboard go to the Gear → Settings → Payment Information.
  2. Enter your new credit card information and click Update.

💡 Your new card will be used for the next billing cycle immediately.


Where can I view my invoices?

  1. In your Voxie dashboard go to the Gear → Settings → Invoices.
  2. Click the Invoices tab.
  3. You can view, download, or print any past invoices.

💡 Invoices are also emailed to the account owner each billing period.


How do I cancel my account?

  1. Please reach out to support@voxiechat.com to cancel your account.
  2. Cancellation processing may take up to 30 days.

⚠️ Once cancelled, your automations and scheduled messages will stop running and you may still have to fulfill outstanding agreement terms.
