Message Hub AI Assistant (Beta)
What it is
The AI Assistant is a tool inside Message Hub that helps you draft replies more quickly. When a new inbound message comes in, you can click a blue lightbulb icon to let the AI generate several response options. You can pick one of those, then edit it if needed before sending.
It uses context (recent messages) and configuration settings you define to make its suggestions.

Save time on replies: You don’t always have to compose from scratch — the AI gives you a head start.

Consistency: The replies align with your company’s tone, messaging, and style (because it’s guided by settings you configure).

Smarter assistance using context: The AI considers the past ~20 messages of the conversation, so suggestions are more relevant and contextual.

Flexible & editable: The reply options aren’t locked — you can choose one, then tweak it as needed before sending.
The Message Hub AI Assistant can be enabled when a new inbound message is received, and you can click in the already iconic Blue Lightbulb to request the AI engine to produce a set of reply options

This options will take in considerations the following data vectors:
- The last 20 Messages that took place in the conversation to be used as context
- The Company Pitch you set up in the AI Configuration section
- The Chatbot Role you set up in the AI Configuration section
- The Chatbot Tone you set up in the AI Configuration section

User can pick a Message from the 3 provided options, as well as generate a new set of options. When, picked User will be able to edit it in the Message Builder.
